Prior to joining Forestay, Lab spent five years in the M&A team at PwC, executing middle market transactions (sell-side, buy-side and fundraising) across a wide range of industries, including industrials, retail, life sciences/pharmaceutical, and TMT.

Born in Kosovo, raised in Switzerland with a US education, Lab speaks French, English and Albanian. He is an avid soccer player (Swiss champion U17) and a sports enthusiast in general. Lab lives by the motto, “A day without laughter is a day wasted”.

Labinot’s primary focus as an investor is studying the AI paradigm shift and how it impacts the data layer and security stack of enterprises across industries.
