Sadaf Manavi

Sadaf is a seasoned CFO and transformation leader with three decades of experience across FMCG, luxury, and beauty multinationals, most recently as Operations CFO Americas at Shiseido, the Japanese global beauty group.

At Shiseido she provided finance leadership through a period of regional transformation – leading end-to-end finance operations and global supply-chain finance, from planning and costing to inventory and margin management at scale.

She has directed supply-chain optimisation and large-scale organisational transformation programmes across the Americas region.
