Cyrus Jilla joins advisory board

Forestay Capital is very pleased to announce the appointment of Cyrus Jilla to its Advisory Board. Mr. Jilla joins bringing with him invaluable experience and a track record in assessing strategic investment opportunities and in building and growing investment platforms.

Cyrus is a Partner at Waypoint Capital, Forestay’s parent group, where he has leadership responsibility for growing its Asset Management businesses. He is also the CEO of Northill Capital, one of Waypoint’s other portfolio investment companies.

Prior to joining Waypoint in March 2020, Cyrus was a President at FIL (Fidelity International Limited), the parent of the global asset management business, where he had primary responsibility for FIL’s proprietary investments, reporting directly to the Chairman. He started his career at Schroders plc, later joining Bain & Company where he became Managing Partner of their London office. He later spent several years as an Executive Board Member of De Beers Group SA, at the time a family-led business.
